Rakon宣布推出其新的RHT1490產(chǎn)品系列,該系列是高頻和低抖動超穩(wěn)定TCXO溫補晶體振蕩器,頻率范圍為50MHz至204.8MHz。RHT1490以<200fs (12kHz–20MHz) 的低RMS相位抖動提供世界級的電信級穩(wěn)定性。該產(chǎn)品平臺的頻率輸出可降低系統(tǒng)抖動,使通信系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)師能夠優(yōu)化噪聲預(yù)算和性能。

如今的電子設(shè)備,如新一代智能手機、可穿戴設(shè)備和智能儀表,都需要能夠以更低的電流消耗提供精確穩(wěn)定振蕩的時鐘源。為滿足這種需求,RIVER eleec曾于2013年12月推出兩個石英晶體振蕩器“fcxo 05c”和“fcxo 06c”(以下簡稱“Cseries”)。“Cseries”支持緊頻率通過振蕩器電路對ATcut晶體毛坯的頻率進行分頻,在kHzrange頻率(包括32.768 kHz )下的容差。除了這個“Cseries”,RIVER eleec現(xiàn)在開發(fā)了新的32.768K晶體振蕩器,“fcxo 05d”、“fcxo 06d”和“fcxo 07d”,以滿足日益增長的對更少電流消耗的需求。她們將這些新型振蕩器的電流消耗降低到等于或小于“Cseries”的1 / 5,實現(xiàn)了與音叉晶體振蕩器相媲美的超低電流消耗。此外,“fcxo 07d”作為世界上最小的石英晶體振蕩器,這些新型振蕩器將有助于小型化以及未來電子設(shè)備的多功能性。
